Would you like to play a key role in strengthening and developing the ERP setup in an international Life Science company that contributes to the development of new medicines? Scantox is looking for a service minded Business Central Development & Controlling Specialist who thrives at the intersection of finance, ERP development, and process optimization.

This is a newly created position where you will have the opportunity to shape and further develop the group-wide use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will work closely with Finance and Management to ensure that the ERP system supports the company’s continued expansion and operational efficiency. The role combines ERP development, financial insight, and process optimization, giving you the opportunity to influence how Business Central is used across the group. In this position you will report to the Group Finance Manager and have a close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. Scantox is experiencing fast-paced growth with significant investment activity, and we are therefore looking for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working hands-on with both operational tasks and strategic system development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key tasks:
  

• Development and utilization of the Group Business Central setup
• Overall ownership and super user responsibility of Business Central
• Incorporation and utilization of AI tools in the ERP system
• Ensuring a uniform Group wide ERP setup
• Maintenance and technical support of the organization
• Training and educating the employees in efficient use of Business Central
• Management of user rights and licenses
• Close collaboration with the Head of Accounting and Group Finance manager in optimizing the Group ERP setup and utilization
• Decision support of the company’s management in the field of financial and accounting solutions

Personal competencies
We are looking for a candidate with a combined IT and Financial background who thrives in a hands-on role with a broad variety of tasks in a dynamic and growing organization. You are proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives and ensuring progress. At the same time, you are collaborative and communicative, enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries.

IT-skills
Solid IT-skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Experience with automation, integrations and AI is an advantage.    

Education & Experience
Experience within accounting and finance combined with strong interest and experience in Business Central – for example participation in an implementation or upgrade of the system

Experience and interest are considered more important than formal education.

Languages
English (written and spoken)
Danish is not a requirement.
