All candidates who are interviewed at ProSelection experience the same process and treatment. We place emphasis on finding out exactly what each individual candidate is like as a person and what professional qualifications they possess. All candidates therefore undergo an in-depth interview and relevant accounting tests that precisely reveal the function the candidate must perform. Our interview process has been developed in collaboration with a PhD in psychology specializing in personality psychology and is continuously updated both in relation to questioning techniques and professional tests.
